Dubai ruler eyes stakes in SingTel, DBS. DUBAI'S ruler, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid
Al Maktoum, has Singapore Telecommunications and DBS Group Holdings in his sights.
His private investment arm, Dubai International Capital, which has mainly focused on
private equity deals, is now looking to buy stakes in some of Asia's largest listed
companies to diversify its investments. (BT)
